1.-Collection of personal data

At the time of creating your customer account and your orders on the site www.SHOESHOP.es (hereinafter referred to as the Site), SHOESHOP must collect personal data concerning you. The person responsible for collecting data is the company Active Shopping Support, S.L., whose registered office is located at Plaza Actor Cecilio Pineda, 8-3C. 30002 Murcia, Spain (hereafter: SHOESHOP). 8.-To combat fraud under the conditions defined in point 3 below.

3.-Anti-fraud

To combat fraud, SHOESHOP has established a device that runs exclusion lists, which can lead to:

(I) Appeal, in order to secure the transaction, some proofs once the payment made, in case of automatic alert triggered by the information related to your order.

(II) Block your order if your client account has been used to commit fraud.

4.-Recipients of collected data

SHOESHOP has the policy not to assing to third parties the data that concern its customers for commercial purposes. Only our company and the external companies contractually linked to us by the treatment of your order have access to the information you communicate to us. The categories of persons who have access to your personal data within SHOESHOP are, to the extent of their respective limits and attributions, the commercial service, administrative services, technical service and services in charge of control (auditor, services in charge of internal control procedures, etc ...). You can also be recipients of your personal data on a personal basis, public bodies, solely to respond to legal obligations, legal aid, justice officials, secretaries of justice and agencies responsible for debt collection.

5.-Length of retention of personal data

9.-Using the social networking login by the user
