1.-Collection of personal data

To combat fraud, SHOESHOP has established a device that runs exclusion lists, which can lead to:

(I) Appeal, in order to secure the transaction, some proofs once the payment made, in case of automatic alert triggered by the information related to your order.

(II) Block your order if your client account has been used to commit fraud.

4.-Recipients of collected data

SHOESHOP has the policy not to assing to third parties the data that concern its customers for commercial purposes. Only our company and the external companies contractually linked to us by the treatment of your order have access to the information you communicate to us. The categories of persons who have access to your personal data within SHOESHOP are, to the extent of their respective limits and attributions, the commercial service, administrative services, technical service and services in charge of control (auditor, services in charge of internal control procedures, etc ...).
